We are excited to introduce our newly set up member portal, designed to enhance your Interaction with our database and provide you with easy access to important features. With the portal, you can conveniently manage your profile and have control over your sound recordings. The portal will go live on Wednesday, 27th March 2024 at 5pm. With the system, you will be able to log in and view your music catalogue that is already on the system and upload your new productions directly.

Here's what you can do:

1. Access Your Profile: Log in to the portal and view your personal profile details. Ensure that your information is up-to-date and accurate.
2. Review Your Sound Recordings: Check the list of sound recordings you have already declared to KAMP. Verify if the uploaded sound recordings are correct and accurately attributed to you.
3. Rectify Incorrect Entries: If you find any incorrect details in your sound recordings, you have the opportunity to rectify them. Update the necessary information through the portal to ensure accurate representation.
4. Disputed Sound Recordings: In case of disputed sound recordings, where someone else is claiming ownership of a sound recording that you know is yours, you can upload supporting documentation, such as copyright agreements, directly to the portal. This will help back up your claim. The KAMP secretariat will be notified, and they will follow up on your behalf with the person claiming ownership.
5. Update Your Music Catalogue: Easily update your music catalog by adding new music or uploading sound recordings that are missing from your existing catalogue already uploaded on the portal. Keep your collection complete and up to date.
