Membership
Any person or legal entity that owns copyright and/or related rights to at least one commercially available work is eligible to be a member of KAMP. Also, if you are a performer of any literary and musical works. We represent record companies i.e. from major names to small businesses and sole traders (self-producers), who are owners of sound recordings. At times also known as authors of sound recordings.
HOW IT WORKS
Right holders (Producers/Performers in Literally and musical works) are entitled to royalties every time their music is used.
KAMP COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS LIMITED collects money from establishments that use music like clubs, restaurants, banks, TV and Radio Stations, and many others. We then distribute this money to our members in the form of royalties.
As a Music User, you need to acquire a license.
As a Music producer, Record Label, or Performer, you need to apply to become a member.
